I would say they are physically stronger than women in the past due to better nutrition and medical care. However, a lot of women are overweight as well but that doesn't necessarily mean physical weakness. A heavy woman is definitely stronger than a skinny one.

No only girls who take hormones and work out get a muscle size and strentgh similiar to a guy who lifts weights. To give you an idea, most guys can benchpress 130 lbs right out of the bat with little training theyll get there quickly. A girl would have to put some serious effort and training into it to bench that for reps.

Yes, it's not that they are born stronger, but 'getting' yes. The main reason is in the old days young girls wouldn't be encouraged to play sports etc, and then women wouldn't take prt in much pysical activity but now they are.

It's not fashionable in our society for women to be muscly, as it is men so it's still mostly men that go to the gym and workout.

But in biological tests a man and woman were put on exactly the same diet and workout regime and the results were equal.

Far from it, same goes for men, at least in America. Truth is, most Americans are out of shape. Also, you don't weigh very much, assuming you're a guy anyway, average weight is 185 lb. for men, 155 lb. for women.
