Frustration leads to aggression, explore alternative solutions to the problem, solve it, then confidence builds up,next time we do not get that angry
Ego can also create problems to anger. There is no need to justify our self holding on to the tiny identity we have developed for our self which constantly fed by others appreciation; we get upset when it is threatened. My worth is not determined by others appreciation or by my achievement only. The moment I am born, I am already justified,I am worthy, only I have not realised! We need not bother to develop our worth from the eyes of others,we are fully worthy on our own, within our self,This attitude help maintain dispassionate/indifferent towards others comment or to even our frustration so that the anger trigger is gone!

To control anger meditation is best.Meditating early in the morning makes our heart light. So the work goes smoothly through out the day. If there is no tension obviously there will be no anger.

Be a witness of yourself. Practise it every morning. It is a kind of meditation. By this way, you will have a mastery over yourself and your emotions. On occasions, when the emotions surge on, just consciously allow it to pass on. By constant and conscious practice , you can achieve it.
