Bush has our military too busy with his illegal, immoral war. Our presence in Iraq has caused them to go into Iraq. They were not there before Bush invaded Iraq.

Yep... you should be able to defeat them for sure,
after all Batman, Superman, Spiderman, Luke Skywalker, Terminator and Rambo are all with you...Besides having Bond 007.. Backing you up from your staunchest ally..
Tell you why you have failed so far.... Cause there never was an Al Qaeda... It was your creation......... as a reason for destroying nations, taking over oil...and other strategic locations...
Osama Died fighting your war against the USSR.... U kept the legend alive, gave the dog a bad name........ turned him into a terrorist.... Brought Mossad in with the CIA and the FBI and blasted your twin towers to mnake believe.....
Theres no cold war.... no enemy... so where does America sell its arms...its obsolete planes.. its military hardware....Where does the US employ its marines after the base in the Phillipines were wond up, after the berlin wall came down..... you needed an excuse... so you cooked it all up,,,, after all OSAMA does not own BBC or CNN... and he doesnt even have a local afghan channel... see? all very convenient.....
Wise up dude... or else even your girl friend will moan for you for a week just.....cause you will deader than the deadest while you sing your patriotic songs.........and your sole entity will be a small 2'' letter calling you a patriot...

That's what the British thought during the American Revolution. That's what the Americans thought during Vietnam. They both found it was very hard to effectively combat guerilla warfare.
Guerilla warfare and tactics like dressing in the opposing army's uniform and attacking from behind were useful to the underdogs in the aforementioned wars, and new tactics like suicide bombing are proving useful to the new underground guerilla armies of Islamic extremists.
These kinds of tactics and attacks are hard to predict and hard to prevent in any organized fashion. This is not the warfare of the world wars. There are no trenches, no neat lines, and no fast rules.

The real reason is that stopping Al Quaida is not the priority. The wars in Afghanistan and Iraq were never really about Al Quaida in the first place. Our govt. just used them to justify invasions and takeovers. In fact there was no terrorism in Iraq at all before we moved in.
But also we are not well prepared for fighting in caves and cities, for fighting wars where the bad guys don't wear a uniform so you can't tell the good guys from the bad guys. For 50 years now we have been preparing to fight WWII again, but the wars we get into are not like that at all, and we never learn.

Guerrilla war can not fought effectively by any Govt.It is not possible to find out the manner of attack or place of Al Quaida HQ.Intelligence reports cannot un earth all details. In the absence of any specific virtual clues it is difficult to fight against Al Qaida. You are simply blaming US with out proper understanding and difficulties involved in fighting unknown enemy.

The problem is with the politicians, lobbyists and others that get in the way. Unless you release the military to do its job without restrictions, it cannot be done. The military is so tied up with unnecessary limitations it cannot do the job it has been given. If you want some good insight into the successes we have had, and the restrictions that have shackled our success, read the book by Robin Moore, The HUNT for Bin Laden, Task Force Dagger. he is the same guy that wrote The Green Berets.

How does one expect to fight with the dead Mummies that risen up from the graveyards of failures and horrors of the past from the graveyards of different ghostly ancestor's culture and custom?
The dead Mummies who could never die?
Go and learn from "The pirates of the Caribbeans"
What do we need to make the dead Mummies rest in peace?
Will this do?
"Scooby-doo !
Where are you?
They ain't see no ghost !
Let's go home.
Ghost Buster !"

It is strange, isn't it? Could it be that our troops are spread too thin across Iraq and Afghanistan? I was NEVER in favor of the war, but when Bush ordered the invasion, I thought it just wouldn't last long. Ha! Guess I forgot that war is always about money, and Bush & Cheney are milking it for all it's worth!

Don't worry, we are able to defeat them but it will take time because Al-Qaida has no uniform, no country just their radical beliefs rather than the nazis who also were bent on world domination and spreading fear, terror and cowardness. They can disguise themselves as citizens and the U.S. does not wish to bomb citizens so it's very hard to find them but when we do, our trained special forces will be there and be another step closer to closing in on Al-Qaida.

Yeah but you are working from the wrong angle . look at who has the resources and profits by the actions of AL-QAIDA who has the money , access to materials , transportation capabilities etc . Who is making billions of extra money and actually knows the family and has the connections in the middle east.
Morons never think do they or are you Bush puppets ?

You are a student of history, so go look up where al Qaida came from and who funded/trained it in the late 70's. When you find out that it was the CIA (that's not a tough one to look up, really) then look up who CIA operative Tim Osmen is (or was b/c I think he's dead, personally). Yup. That will curl your hair when you see his picture. Then go look at Tim's FBI Most Wanted Terrorist picture (under his other, more widely known name, of course) and read the summary of his crimes. Note that the biggest crime that he is supposed to have committed (hint: it happened here in the US) isn't even listed.
It doesn't take long to come to the logical conclusion that al Qaida is an Orwellian boogeyman whom we are using as an excuse to attack other countries without any real cause.
The Emporer isn't wearing any clothes, people! Wake up!
