I was going to say Symphony no. 40 in g minor.
(Known to Music Appreciation students as "It's a bird, it's a plane, no, it's Mozart.)
About 25 years ago, it was made into a hit song in Europe and South America.
Eine Kleine Nachtmusik might be right, though, since it is used in TV commercials.
Sorry, Anne Amor, but you got the wrong composer.
That was Beethoven.

Symphony No. 41 in C. 'Jupiter' I think would have to be one of the best known music by Mozart, though I must admit Marriage of Figaro would have to be a favourite with me.

Mozart did NOT write Twnkle Twinkle Little Star ; nor did he write Moonlight Sonata.
Trivial pursuit is responsible for the Twinkle Twinkle myth ; it was an incorrect answer in their game.

He wrote so many good pieces it's hard to say, but
I think I agree with others with Eine Kleine Nachtmuzik.
Here is a site I use quite a bit. You can subscribe to it
free and there is just about anything you could imagine
here.

Eine kleine nachtmusik
Symphony No.40
The overture to "La Nozze di Figaro."
... are the most well known themes. I am sure all are on Youtube.
