I'm pregnant with my first child, due in April. We just found out a couple of days ago that it's a girl! Her daddy and I are so excited! My husband's name is Bryan Travis.
The baby's paternal grandma thinks her name should be something somewhat old fashioned, her choice - Lillian Faith. The baby's aunt likes Alaina Travis (just straight out giving his middle name to her). I know it's up to me and Bryan in the end, but i'm curious as to what combinations for our baby's first name can come from his first & middle name.
Any ideas for a first name from his name? Any ideas will be appreciated. Thanks in Advance!

There are a few ways you could do this. The simplest is to give her the same initials as her daddy. Just pick any B and T names you like:
Brianna Taryn
Brittany Tate
Bianca Therese
You could also use a form or derivation of Bryan and combine it with another name entirely:
Brianna Simone
Brianna Claire
Olivia Bree/ Bree Olivia
Ryan Grace
Sophia Brianne
Abigail Brynn
Brynn Arianna
You could also work your first, middle, or last name (or a variation thereof) into the mix:
Brianna Elise
Brianna Lisette
Eliza Brianne
Elizabeth Brynn
Brianna Henley
Brynn Margaret (Megan is the Welsh form of Margaret)
Greta Brianne (Greta is a form of Margaret)
Best of luck! I hope some of my ideas have been helpful.

That's so cute! I am also named after my daddy. His first name is John and my middle name is Jane, the female form of John. I am so proud of my middle name!
I would give your daughter an old fashioned first name just like her Grandma wants and give her a modern middle name that's after her father.
Elizabeth Brianne
Elenor Rian (Like Ryan only more feminine)
Imogen Bryna (Bryan mixed around. http://www.babynamesworld.com/meaning_of_Bryna.html)
Kathryn Ann (The end of Bryan plus another N)
My favourite name would have to be Bryna as it is only 1 letter different from her daddy's and is a real name. So cute!

Brynna or Brenna
Brynn
Bryce (i know its typically a boy name but i think it can go both ways and kinda combines the sounds of his first and middle names)
Bryanna /brianna (obviously)
for a middle name i would not give her travis. i think tyra is nice. tia. or go for something totally different and do something someone else suggested like faith or alaina. or a different version of your name ("may"-gen....Mayley?). i think Henley would make a really cool middle name too. you guys will find the perfect name. its not uncommon that other family members try to influence your decision but it is only yours.

Briana is the feminine version of Bryan.
Other option: Brielle, Bryelle, Brie (Bree)
I like traditional names like Lillian Faith.
I also like Alaina but don't like Travis for a girl.

You could name her Brianna for Bryan. Rhianna, Rachel, or Rochelle, for the Ryan in Bryan. Tori, Tara, Tyra for Travis.

congratulations
i guess it all depends on how you want your child to be perceived,
something like Alaina Travis to me is very mysterious
where as something like Travee Beth or something is very different and bold
a girl name that can be made from Bryan is Brynn
idk im only 13 but good look
