I would go around increasing the average stats on everyone, such as I.Q., life expectancy, prosperity, salary, vacation time, and I would make the air, water, and other forms of pollution non-existent. I would react by being a kind and beneficial deity. (And if anyone tried to worship me, I would tell them to relax, that I didn't appreciate that kind of thing.)

Honestly, that wouldn't happen, there isn't a god. But, if it were to happen, I'd change things in my life (my weight, living situation, freedoms, family situation). I'd, um, make the technologies in my apartment more modern, make myself look a lot better, change my family situation like I've said (there'd be sort of a lot to change, to), make myself more intelligent and better at drawing, there'd be a lot I'd do.
