should not because the goverment is for protect the people &and the member against the goverment will attack the people in the country

Army should not critcise the Govt.They have to obey on the Govt.If Army is allowed to raise political issues and criticise Govt ,the Army itself will be divided on political lines and will fail to protect the country.
