Could someone suggest some qualities that are needed in a leader?

I mean a good leader such that others are willing to follow, apart from these few that I have:

-IQ
-EQ
-Adversity Quotient
-Make decisions
-Make sacrifices to achieve goal
-Plan/organise
-Manage people

the most important aspect of a good leader is to be able to make a decision based on the information at hand and to do so in an effective and timely manner and be able to support your decision even if the results are not as you anticipated...
