Power Quest partition magic can do it.But it costs money. I think it is worth it though. If there is enough free space to make one.
I know there are some free ones out there. Search for partition manager utility freeware or somesuch.

Here is one i found real quick, but I have never used it so...

Here is one I have used that is free.. but I do not recommend doing this unless you feel confident in your abilities.

Though it can be done accidents do happen, if there is a preexisting error on your drive you do not know about or some other problem it could cause you to lose all your data.

That is one reason I recommend Partition Magic. It is well suited for someone who has not a lot of experience resizing partitions.

If you're prepared to reinstall your operating system, yes. There's really no way to repartition a drive without wiping it. My suggestion would be back up everything you want to save onto a SEPARATE drive (another hard drive or a few DVD) and reinstall the operating system. The installer will allow you an opportunity to set partitions. Alternatively, there are programs you can download which will repartition the drive once you reboot, and then you install the operating system into those pre-made partitions.

You can try using a program called Partition Magic by Symantic.

The interface is very easy to use.
