I dated a guy who was very normal and he really liked fake nails. Of coarse, this was in college, but he always said that he thought fake nails with the french manicure were really sexy. It didn't make or break a girl for him but he just thought they looked clean and sexy. I have some guy friends who think the same but then again the guy I am with now doesn't give a s**t what my nails look like. ;-)

I don't know, I guess it depends on the person.
I'm a girl, and I don't like fake nails.
Depends if a guy prefers a more natural sort of look, or a more made-up look.

NO! Only you girls are worried about all that fake makeup crap. As a guy, I don't even care if a girl has long fingernails or not. In fact, I'd prefer not to get scratched. Also, fake fingernail are unhealthy. They will retain germs even after you wash them because they provide fungus and bacteria a nice shady environment to fester on your fingertips.
If you want to worry about your image there are three things guys look for. Gentlemen will look for your smile and a sweet inviting voice, traditional men will look at your hair and purty eyes and jerks and horny dudes will only care about your curves and possibly hair, but not in the same way as the well meaning nice guys.
I've never met a dude who was like, "Man check out her nails they are hot" who wasn't like fruity or something. XD Maybe painting them to accent something would be acceptable, but to me personally, it makes zero difference.

If they look natural and won't fall off then I'm sure guy's would like them. Imagine going on a date and you find a nail in your hand after holding hands :T okay. that was a random thought xP

Well for me I guess it dosen't really matter because there's things that madder more to me but if she likes them and they make her look nice, yeah sure why not. ( I just don't want them falling off when I'm with her lol) Hope I helped you out!
