When we’re answering others, we can view things objectively. When we’re smack in the middle in our own problems, emotions & bias could get in the way or blind us. So a good way to answer our own problems is to find a way that helps us see things objectively and go through that process. If writing things out helps, do that. If talking it out, even if the listener doesn't say anything back, do that. If exercising helps, go to it. Whatever works. Best wishes.

You are expected to determine the best answer to your question and as that provides 10 points you could vote your answer to your question best and get tons of points. This is about getting other folks input on questions not cheating for points.
The question is why would you want to answer your own questions? Hearing what others have to say about what you are wondering about is great. Now I am not saying that every answer is gospel as some of the answers are not even answers, The 'I don't know' answers should not count for the two points but they do.

Because you are too personally involved in your own concern and don't have objectivity in looking at the problem. It always seems easier to work on someone else's problems.
