p.s: i like the classics coz they still rock today and back then as well, but dont let this effect your answer, ill accept any answer as best if it has a good reason. answer away. :)

mad respect to classic rock, and i love modern too. i think it just depends on who you listen to and what styles you're accustomed to. obviously if you think p!atd is rock then you're gonna be anti classic, but if you're into today's good stuff, you're gonna like the clasic stuff too :)

Classic. These are the bands that influenced everything all the modern bands do today. They broke ground, explored new territory in music.
Hendrix, Beatles, Rolling Stones, Credence Clearwater Revival, Clapton, Pink Floyd, Zeppelin- just to name a few.
