Not more than 20..... because I have learned that the more you pamper your problems, the more they rule over you..... neglect them initially and often they get dissolved in course of time, and if not, then take them head on with purpose and confidence...... purpose and confidence to tackle gets strengthened only if we learn not to give too much importance to our own problems.

Well, if we're being honest, our own problems are always the most important, even if they seem trivial in comparison to the concerns of others. There was a line on Ally McBeal (great show!) when someone asked her why her problems were so much more important than everyone else's. "Because they're mine," she replied. It's human nature. Hey, let's face it, we're the stars of our own lives. Of course there are other leading characters and minor characters throughout but we remain the one constant from the opening until the closing scene.

I am grateful that I don't have any serious problems at the moment! Other than I have insomnia & it's been a busy week! Ones that I did have have been resolved and it all began with a change in my perspective & a choice to be more positive. Things have been falling into place in many aspects of my life ever since.

So I'm not sure how to answer your question except to say that I don't currently have any important (aka serious) problems, but even if I did I would hope that I would be able to find solutions. If you focus on the positive, you realize that there is always a solution of sorts and if there isn't, you just let it go. No sense worrying about something beyond your control...So I would rate my problems a 1 on a scale to 100.

"God grant me the serenity to accept the things I can not change. The courage to change the things I can. And the wisdom to know the difference..."

Once you realize that you control your destiny and that you choose your own happiness, no problem is insurmountable.

Cheers,
:)

Well at the present I am taking care of a stroke patient husband, so it is pretty close to 100...although since he is gradually getting well...100 would have been about 18 months ago...or at two other times when he nearly died.

But during my life, I have had problems at just about every level in between. I would not usually call them "important"...it seems an odd word to use. Problems are hindrances, they are crisis' at times, they are solvable, or insolvable, they are terrible, or they can be small or large....or as you say critical.

But I hand my problems to God, Who takes care of them for me...which helps a lot...big or small.

To me, I'd say it runs about 50/50.

But you have to understand that what I might perceive to be a problem might be insignificant to you or anyone else.

And the problems you might consider crucial in your life might not seem so big a deal to me.
Depends on your perspective, I guess.

To each his own. To myself I may rate it as very important however, putting it into perspective and in relation to your immediate family or the world... It becomes miniscule.
