Micky -- that answer is a big reason I ask questions. Funny in a morbid sort of way.

I would have to say, the strangest phobia I have heard of, would be all of Howard Hughes, obsessive-compulsive disorders.

I have a very real fear of heights, for myself and I can't stand to see others look over the edge of a bride or deep canyon.

I have another thing that I do. I'm not sure it is a phobia, but I have always folded my dirty cloths before I put them in the hamper and I have to fold candy and gum wrappers, and any kind of paper..

I do get teased, but now I have a 13 year old grandson, that has to fold his wrappers too.

I have no idea what kind of phobia they call it, but I read about it in a book of strange facts. Seems there is a phobia that afflicts some people about things that are backwards. Like seeing your reflection or words in a mirror or the word ambulance on an ambulance backwards freaks them out.

When I was younger I could not hang an arm or leg over the edge of the bed. It scared me to death because something was under there and going to grab me.
