If the parents are present and the kids are 18+? What about 16+? Does anyone have proof of this?

It's illegal in every state.

The drinking age in the United States is 21.

Having parents permission and being in your home does not mean that the law doesn't apply.

That's like asking is it legal to let my seven year old drive my car if I give them permission.

Strictly speaking it's not illegal for a parent to provide alcohol to their OWN child in their home.

BUT.... if anything happens, the parent could face charges for endangering the welfare of a child.
