a 2 maybe not even that....she needs to use acne treatment, cut her hair a little shorter,dye it a refreshing color, if she has to use glasses then she needs new hotter ones(but try for contacts) lose the horrible orangey lipstick.get some proactive (it really works!) get a nice sparkly lip gloss......very subtle make up.and some nice clothes and she'll look much better!! but her main problems r her hair and acne and bad choice of lipstick lol! HOPE THIS HELPED
oh yeah and she needs to get rid of the mustache

Change the lipstick, pluck eyebrows and SMILE.
And get this stuff called AcneFree it works good!
Oh and some eye makeup would look alot better.
I know you said she had on no makeup. The hair is kind of pretty. But....
