i've hard they are coming back with 13 new ones

We've reported on every single little rumor that's come out about Futurama's return. We've asked Billy West, who couldn't tell us anything definitive one way or the other. But -- finally! -- we have some confirmation that Futurama is indeed coming back.
And we can thank Craig Ferguson for it.
When Katey Sagal visited The Late Late Show the other day, she told Craig that the show is coming back to Comedy Central in 2008 for at least 13 episodes (I was watching that appearance, too. Must have slept through that part). Don Kaplan of the New York Post confirmed this; his sources told him that all the primary voice actors signed new deals this week. Also according to the article, FOX may have the option to air the new episodes, but probably won't. The new episodes will also come out on DVD after they air.

You pretty much answered your own question...Cartoon Network's license to run Futurama expires on New Year's Eve and Comedy Central is taking over the cable rights in 2008.

how will they do futurama's half of the people who did the voices now do the family guy and robot chicken voices. i know they can still work together i guess ...my bad
futurama is leaving the adult swim line-up. i think another network outbid the cartoon network to start showing the re-runs

There arent going to be any new eps, it was cancelled, but they're coming out with 4 new movies(I think the 1st one is already out) and they will be divided into 4 eps each which will, eventually, be sold as the 6th season.

they are going to write the new shows like they are writing scripts for movies, and split them up and reconfigure them for shows but i hive not found an exact date as to when they are going to air on Comedy Central

I thought they cancelled it O_o
Well they're showing marathons of it now. That's all I know.
