Iceman, you got the idea. I think options as to the content lay out, user's online, debate window... the limit is the imagination. Would make efficiency, and expansion of the sprit of these types of world links.

I think it would appeal to some, and not to others, depending on their interests. I think that those who spend their time in Movies/Yahoo Answers, for example, would love to design it to suit themselves. But, as another example, I would guess most folks in Politics are generally too serious minded to care much about that, it's functional and that's what works for them.

No. It doesn't matter what it looks like just make it a safe place for people to offer their opinions and get rid of the big mouthed idiots who seem to be here only to make trouble.
