what does your uniform have to do with anything? since he is already your "boyfriend" you already got his attention. If he isn't talking to you then maybe he isnt your "boyfriend" after all.... move on with your life, you are obviously still young. Get someone else!

He doesn't sound like much of a boyfriend if he never talks to you. You should already have his attention if your dating plus most guys would like a girl in that uniform. If that doesn't get his attention, nothing will. Find someone new.

I think what you are trying to say is ,how can you get him to to be your boyfriend? If you are not readt for a conversation,you are not ready to have a boyfriend. You are only 12 years old. You should not be thinking of having a "Boyfriend" at this time. Wait a few years,& you will be chasing all of the guys off with a stick! LOL By the way,I'm not in any way trying to be mean to you.
