my boyfriend it 15 1/2 and im 18. Is it illegal for me to be with him? or is it illegal for me to fool around with him?! I live in the USA. and CT if it matters is it legal?!?!?!?!?!

You may be friends, that is all. Nothing sexual. You are still legally a child and he will be arrested for sex abuse of a child. You can not legally give consent.

It's illegal for you to do anything sexual with him at all. (It's also a little bit weird.... teenage girls are usually attracted to OLDER guys, not younger)
Sec. 53a-71. Sexual assault in the second degree: Class C or B felony.
(a) A person is guilty of sexual assault in the second degree when such person engages in sexual intercourse with another person and:
(1) Such other person is thirteen years of age or older but under sixteen years of age and the actor is more than two years older than such person."
CT defines "sexual intercourse" *very* broadly - pretty much any contact between one persons genitals, breasts or buttocks, and another person, is "sexual intercourse" under CT law - not just what most people 'think of' as intercourse.
