i am wondering about the child support laws. Does child support stop at 18 or 21, and how long after a child is 18 can a parent emancipate them if they have dropped out of high school? To stop with the child support.

18 year olds are adults. Parents haveno duty to care fo them. No waiting period. Done

You can't emancipate an 18 year old. You're not their guardian anymore.
