I am trying to get a trip going with two of my friends (we are all guys) for a night of fun in LV on a Sunday night. We have quote from a VIP host that will get us table, bottle at Pure, VIP entrance, whisk us by the lines, Limo service. Followed by VIP service with bar tab at Scores, includes the VIP's gratuity. All for $1245.00. So is this a good deal? or totally sucky? Am I getting ripped off? Anyone recommend anything better? I have read JackColton.com also. Please help.

This is pretty standard. As someone who lives in Vegas and goes to clubs and actually pays for VIP service I know. Just because you have VIP passes like someone else had mentioned does not mean you will even get in. Pure is a very popular night club with a lot of celebrities that often attend it - so they try and keep their reputation up by jacking up the prices and making the lines as long as possible. It's just the way it is.

Bottom line you're paying standard Vegas prices to party like VIP.

Have fun!

I can tell you right now that you are getting hustled if they are going to take you to Pure on a Sunday. The main rooms in Pure are CLOSED on Sundays except on long holiday weekends - normally they only part open on Sunday is the little Pussycat Dolls lounge, which would never have a line because no one goes there on Sunday. You will probably be the only ones getting bottle service in the room.

And what do they mean by "VIP Service" at Scores? Are they going to make the girls dance extra sexy for you or something? And why do you want to pay your bar tab in advance?

This is what you would pay if you did the same thing on your own:

Bottle at Pussycat Dolls Lounge: $375 + tax/tips = $500

Limo from Caesars to Scores: FREE in the Scores limo + $50 tip to driver = $50

"VIP Service" + Bar tab at Scores - depends what you want.

They are not saving you any money that is for sure.

Actually that's not unreasonable. Generally men are charged more for everything in Vegas. Bottles at Pure, Tryst, Tao, LAX etc are $425. That's only the bottle + mixers, usually there is an additional table fee as well+tip+taxes. Now you said "A Sunday" is it a regular Sunday or a holiday weekend? This weekend for example its about $250 general admission (NO VIP) to many clubs, since it's New Years, and bottles are even more pricey too. Its a good deal if your quote is for a holiday weekend. It's pretty standard if it's a regular weekend. Plus I would think you will have a VIP host on standby, or with you for most of the night.

If you have doubts there is no harm in getting a second quote. Try www.luxevegasvip.com They offer a membership, and if you book your hotel through them too, you can end up saving cash. I did! The number on the site is 800-984-1898

Yes, you're getting ripped off, unless you have lots of money, then who cares. What lines are they whisking you by? There are cabs and a free shuttle you can take down the strip. Just go and check out the whole strip if you've never been there. Lots of awesome sights in the casinos. Be sure to go all thru Cesars.

You don't need a guide to enjoy the strip. Just start walking and explore on your own. Lots more fun.

id say you are gettin ripped off. 3 people? sundays arent even a busy day...

i think i have several vip passes for pure (i got them from a guy standin on the strip handin them out for free - they work for tips, but i didnt see any on my recent visit) I could mail them to you even.. if i still have them.. i'm not gonna use them. Vip passes = front of the line pass/ no cover....

take the duece bus.. its 5 dollars for a 24 hour pass... as for the rest, i dont think $1,245 for vip for 3 people sounds like a very good deal...

maybe get some other quotes, if hosting is important and money is no object.. but as for me, i like my vegas money to go as far as it can :)

email me if you're interested in the vip pure passes :)

Prices in Vegas are anything but reasonable. However I think you could get a better price if you work with a Limo company, rather than a Casino host

Dude, your getting jacked. If you want to go to clubs that's
fine. If you just want to hang out, check out the Fremont Experience at night. The light shows begin at 6:00 p.m. and goes on every hour every hour till 12:00 a.m.. chick everywhere, drinks at all casinos are free if you're playing.
Walk the four block long Experience and just hang.

You do pay for the flash. That price is abouth right.

A bottle of vodka is $300 at one of the special clubs. So you are in the right price range.
