There is no process that windows can do it. but custom program can be written for it. There are conditions if we overload your memory (the RAM) then it will slow down but if you do click on anything will take a while for it show it got selected.

Aloha from Down Unda!
In my case, it's merely a matter of turning it on! Almost any website with advertisements will prompt the computer to hesitate. It is difficult to keep it going at 'normal' speed to the extent that 'slow' IS 'normal'!
Bandwidth, Broadband, dial up & all these 'names' seem to have the same thing in common ~ really key rappy service ranging from the internet service provider to the website itself or that silly space between the keyboard & the chair!
Best wishes ~ K-den, M1/NSWMoke ;-)

Unfortunently "slow-mo" also known as "slow motion", commonly seen in many video games, is not available as a standard "feature" in windows. Sorry.

um, i dont think there is a setting on the computer for that...but i know if you go to start, control panel, mouse, pointer options, then you can change the speed of the mouse pointer. But other than that I really don't know.
