Okay, there are A LOT of movies that make me laugh SO MUCH. But the one film that made me(and my mother :P) laugh so hard that we got tummy aches and could practically breathe, .... has to be White Chicks :P I watched in 3 times in a row and I had the same reactions :P
Of course, the storyline in the movie isn't great. But, it's just the humour that makes it so funny. :) :P

Blazing Saddles ! Bar none. Sadly though because of today's political correctness, a movie like this couldn't be made today.
Unfortunately we've lost the ability to laugh at ourselves.

'The In Laws' with Alan Arkin and Peter Falk. I nearly DIED laughing.
'A Fish Called Wanda' has some hysterical parts too!

There's Something About Mary and Waiting for Guffman. Guffman kills me anytime, I just love Fred Willard and Eugene Levy in it.

for the longest time it was planes, trains, and automobiles. but some of my other favs are, 40 yr old virgin, kingpin, anchorman, young frankenstein, and the list goes on and on.
Oh yea, I can't believe I forgot spinal tap. thats a classic.

its recent but Superbad was really good. It combined low brow trash humor with very witty and smart writing.
