One is a percentage too. So get real. We guys lie when it's to our advantage.
Hey in court it is "everything is fair in war and love". I lied myself into ZERO alimony and ZERO child support. Well, I actually "explained the circumstances and I had a nice judge who believed every word I said.
If she had finished high school maybe her defense would have been better because she would have talked without using "like" after every other word. The judge kept asking "well, was that "like" or was it so?" And she'd start off again "Well, your judgeship its like ... yada yada yada".

Lying doesn't do the men any good. There's a natural bias against us in matters involving parenthood.
Morally, I'm not even sure whether that bias is prejudice or justified.
In the eyes of the law, there should be NO bias at all. Justice is supposed to be blind right?

You really believe that only 1% of men in divorce court lie?!
Most people involved in a bad divorce lie their a** off, because they want a bigger cut, or they just want to hurt the other person.
I'll agree with you that more women lie about the husband abusing their children, which I think is absolutely disgusting, and they should lose their parental rights for doing so. But, I'm an escort, and I've had too many guys laugh to me about how they "got one over" on their wives in divorce court. Men are no angels either sweetie.

Exactly how many cases have you been to that you can make this assumption??
"Usually" but not always when someone is lying they feel they have a reason to do so. If your ex lied, what reasons may she have had??
I'd like to know where you are from that only 1% of the men lie about anything. I think its about to over populate with woman if thats true!!
More so..............I think YOUR one of the 1%!!!!
OK OK revision....men don't lie they just "exaggerate"!!!
**Lazy??? LMAOOOOO Can't read what YOU slacked off on writing. Perhaps this is why you did so badly in court and......
**engineer girl........Well put! I see men don't like the truth either!

Women are born prevaricators and that's just a half step from lying, so lying comes naturally. Ask a woman how many men she's had sex with. She'll give herself a hefty discount and if you call her on it you know who's fault her lie is? Men or patriarchy or whatever bs her feminist college professor told her. In court they know they can cry and blame men and there are financial rewards for doing so, so you better believe that there'll be lying in court.

In divorce cases, both parties are bound to lie at least a little. I used to work for a divorce attorney, and I'd say that the men are more insistent on lying in court. Mostly, the women just want it to be over, especially for the sake of the kids.

How do you know so many women lie in divorce courts? Was there a poll or study of some sort? And if there was, the women could have just been lying about it.

The ones that do it, do it because they know that there will be no consequences for their action, and they don't have the morals God gave a goat.
Most women don't do this, but the ones that do can make your life a living hell, and I'm sorry if you are having to deal with this situation.
