i remember being younger and playing on the swing sets near the big screen,
those were the days you actually let your child play about without you by their sides

The last time I went to one was in the late 70s, but I forgot what movie it was. This theater was located near Muncie, IN.

There is a drive-in theater about ten minutes from where I live, but I have never been to it. I prefer the new big cinemas myself, although drive ins are a nice touch of nostalgia.

What a fun question! It has been a long time - can't even remember what I saw. I am sure it was a kid's movie because our son was small then. We had several in/near Columbus, OH but now only 2, I believe.

2 yrs ago.Went to two different ones that summer.
And when we lived in Las Vegas before 2001 we really enjoyed going to that one. They had 4 or 5 screens. You just tell them the movie you want to see and they give you the number to put your a.m. radio on to get the sound. They didn't care if you pulled your truck in backwards so you couldd tailgate and cook out on your grill.

it's probably been close to 10 years for me. Every summer we say we are going to go but never seem to get around to it. I miss the days of carload night. Where me and my friends would cram as many people into someone's parents minivan for $8. Oh the good old days!!!!
