Why only people from Quebec??

Kovalev's a great player but he's past his prime and people expect him to play like he's 25.

The funny thing is in 2005-2006 the fans and media were on him because he was having a lousy season (0.94 points/game) and this year everything is warm and fuzzy and he's doing great (0.89 points/game).

Since when did a lower points/game mean a player is having a better season than 2 years ago.

The other culprit is that the Montreal offense is not suited to a man of Kovalev's talents (and what does Carbonneau know about offense anyway).

I think he could be alot better than he is. When he shows up to the game he's fantastic, but half the time he's knowhere to be found. It's unfortunate cause Kovalev has potential to be a great player and yet he's put himself in the "can be great..." category.

I also don't think we should get rid of him..not yet anyhow

He could be better if he wants to when he feels like it or when its playoffs. That SUMS it up.
