I think it's pretty romantic ,, and so incredibley sweet.
The doctor's office has put a little damper on it - so you could do something to spice it up a bit.
It IS your 10th Anniversary - which comes along only once in a lifetime ... so! .. if you have some extra money to spend .. if you could have her come to this special place .. have a limo waiting .. roses, etc .. then take her from that spot out to eat .. maybe a walk on the beach, etc. Sometimes it does not cost a great amount of money to rent a limo & driver for just a few hours. This 10 year anniversary should be rememerable.

You are wanting to do thing because you think she will think it is romantic. Don't.
Plan the evening doing things you know she likes. Pick a nice restaurant, complement her beauty, stroke her hair. Notice her eyes, comment on her shoes. Take a stroll somewhere where you can see city lights or a park where you cal walk arm in arm. Give her a simple gift. Make a card yourself.
If you can manage to drive by the place you first met, do it and make a joke about what it has become. Wax nostalgically, just a little, about what it was like back then.
Be sure to touch her. Caress her back, lower back, her hands and fingers. Don't forget an occasional squeeze of her boothay.
That should be good for another 10 years.

I don't think it would be as romanic because they tore down the building. How about the place where you asked her to marry you? Or maybe some other special place? The Idea is very romantic though! :)

She'll be impressed that you remembered the spot you met. It's always the details that one remembers that impress us gals. Anyway, most definately meet her there and then take her to another place (a favorite food place?) where you two can dine together. It's romantic.

Sorta Corny, seen as how it's not the same as is it was 10 years ago. I wouldn't want to go to a doctors office on my anniversary.

No...I think you can do better than that. Since it was torn down, it changes the "feel" of romance, and might have the opposite affect instead.
Think of other possibilities....were did you propose...where did you get married?....what place did you love to go to alone?.....
Or make up a new romantic whole weekend...plan it secretly....the whole thing....some place to meet (like flying her to San Francisco)....a room reserved, with a new dress waiting for her, flowers, reservations where to meet for a romantic dinner....do it by planning it step by step....and have her follow your instructions...she will love it!...or something similar...dinner on a cruise ship...etc.? She will appreciate the effort you go to to say "thank you for the best 10 years of my life!".

I find it romantic beacuse it showes you care and remember where you meet. But I would also be shure that it's not the only stop on the aniversery.
