I'd get a boob job. Nothing wrong with fixing something you're unhappy with. The only few reasons I wouldn't:Money, and what if they do a bad job? A bad boob job is like a rip off purse, obvious, tacky and in your face.

I wouldn't get a penis enlargment because they don't work, and I'm happy with what I've got. But I might get a breast implant if I were a girl.

I've often thought about it and the thing that keeps me from getting breast implants is the cost and the idea that you have to get them redone every seven years or so. I have never been happy with my size though I never wanted to be HUGE either. Just a little bit bigger then I am now.

I would only consider breast augmentation if I had breast cancer and had them removed during surgery. Otherwise not. Also if they change the options instead of silicone and saline they found a safer version or somehow used fat from my body. That way I don't have foreign things in my body.

If I was completely unhappy with my breast I would. The only thing is do you really want to risk surgery for your looks? If you no the risk involved and are ok with it then I think everyone has a right to be happy with their selves.

Breast implants? I'm already carrying 36DDD - but in a few years I will probably need a crane to hold them up.
