How about $0? Is that cheap enough? There are bulletin boards with drivers willing to chauffeur cars for nothing. What they get is cheap transportation; they only have to pay for fuel. My daughter ferried a car from Boston to San Francisco and was able to bring lots of baggage with her.

Shipping a car from where and to where? Most moving companies can deal with a car as can many trucking companies. You might try freightquote.com. International shipping is another matter. You'll need a freight handler to deal with the many restrictions. Start with the above link and they can direct you to an appropriate handler. I've used them for many excessive (2+ ton) shipments and they're great to work with.

Ok, the best way to do it is by over seas. I had a family friend who was fairly well off and every year he went to Germany for vacation and bought a Lamborghini, we would ship it over seas back to America and have all of the mods put on it for legal reasons (exhaust, windows, safety requirements) and he saved a little over $5,000 instead of buying it here and the biggest saver was the shipping over seas by boat!!!

You don't give many details. Ship it from one country to the next would be by boat. If you are shipping it from one place to the next like in the same country, I think driving it there and then flying back to your origin would be the cheapest.
