Some may say this but many wouldn't be so strong in saying that. They have seen a lot of destruction caused by man and a woman is put down a lot with the men thinking they are the weakest sex. This is not so. Some of what they say is delusional but everyone to there own as long as they don't hurt others I'll go along with it.

I've never considered myself an extremist, but I'm a feminist in the sense that I feel a woman's gender should not be a strike against her. No woman should be made to feel, or be treated as, second class because she is a woman. A person's gender should be a non-issue, as should a person's skin-color, sexual orientation, or national origin. No woman should be discriminated against because she IS a woman.
And ... I love men.

The extremists on both sides of the gender war usually have been deeply hurt in some way by a member of the opposite sex. Instead of attempting to resolve their anger over it, they put up a wall between themselves and the sex as a whole in an effort to protect themselves from future hurt.
