ya she did... she admitted it... she did it because of small fractures on her nose...
"Growing up I always knew I had a deviated septum on the right side of my nose, which caused trouble breathing," a recovering Ashley told People. "The older I got, the worse it got. I went to get it checked out, and the doctor told me the septum was 80 percent deviated and that I had two small fractures on my nose."
However, the 22-year-old actress does not plan on any future plastic surgery procedures.
"I'm not feeling great today. It's uncomfortable and I hope this is the only time I ever have to go through something like this," she added.

Yes Ashley Tisdale did get a new nose.
She got it about a couple of months ago.
she says that it is for her health.

Yes she did. She claims that she had a deviated septum (but so did Ashlee Simpson).
Her nose looks much smaller, and she had no need for it cosmetically. It's sad really.

she didnt get plastic surgery to change her nose!!!! she got surgery because she had a deviated septum... which means she couldnt breath through her nose right...they fixed it...it looks a little different now that its done but give me a break people.. who cares

yes she did.she said because she always had problems breathing out her nose so she got surgery.

yeah... she had to she had a trouble breathing through her right side of her nose... and she said she doesnt believe in plastic serguries
