I have a major problem with waking up in the morning... My mom is tired of waking me up, and she won't do that anymore. I'll have to get up myself.... My alarms are really loud and annoying, but I set them at different times. But when they ring I'll just switch them off and get back to sleep again. Please give me some advice or solutions. I've tried many ideas already but they can't work! Please help! Thanks =)

As someone above me said, put the alarm further away so you actually have to walk. I suggust your cell phone, if you have one, because you can set multiple alarms, therefore, when you turn one off, another could go off in a minute or two.

Also, go to bed an hour earlier, or two maybe. I'm going to assume that because you used the phrase "My mom is tired of waking me up...", that you are in your mid-teens (ie: 14-17), your body needs about 7-9 hours of sleep every night.

I'm 17 years old, what I do is take 2 pills of valerian root an hour or so before I go to bed, then wake up arround 6. Oh, I usually go to bed arround 11, so that's my 7 hours. Valerian root is a natural plant which promotes restful sleep. You can buy it at Meijer or some other grocery store.

Hope I helped!

Natural light has a very energizing effect. It may take some time to reach your brain and actually get you moving, but barely any. So when your alarm goes off in the morning, try immedietley opening your blinds and letting the sun in.

Just get used to waking up the same time each day. The first few days may be difficult to get used to, but you'll get the hang of things. If you need to, go to bed before you usually do so you wake up at the time you need to and get the same amount of sleep.

Put the alarm clock across the room so you have to get up to turn it off.

ok try putting the alarm farther away from you so that you actually have to get out of bed to turn off the loud beeping.

pass the caffiene the comprehensive day. For the 1st few days you will choose some fantastically severe problems, use Advil. without caffiene throwing off you inner clock, you ought to sleep extra effective and longer.
