I would most definitely choose names for all of my children that started with the same alphabetic letter. A wonderful friend of mine name starts with a J, her hubby's name starts with an L, and all (6) six kids' names started with K's ~ J-K-L!!!
I would choose these names: Iesha ... Aeden ... Ian ... and Evan!!!! I actually have friends named Evan (a girl) and Ian (a boy).
Good Luck & Congratulations!!

Ivan or Evan?
*** Ivan and Evan are said differently, so it would depend on which you prefer: IE-van or ee-VAHN, or EV-an. Not simply a spelling issue.
Ian or Eian?
*** Of the two, Ian ... hands down. Eian isn't even a valid form. I do, however, like the older Iain spelling as well, if you really want another option.
Eaden, Aeden or Aaden?
*** I honestly don't know what "name" these are supposed to be. If you meant Eden, I prefer Eden. If it's Aidan you're after, stick with Aidan. These are just ... odd.
Eisha or Iesha?
*** Again, these appear to be said ee-IE-sha and ie-EE-sha -- not identical. I realize Iesha is used as a phonetic variant of Aisha, so of the two, I'd go with that option. But I prefer traditional Aisha, to be perfectly honest.
And no, I'd never give my children overly-similar names beginning with the same letter. In fact, I've avoided repeating a first initial for ANY of our three (soon to be four) girls. Just not my style at all. I prefer to give my children names I loved for them as individuals, rather than something I think is *okay* just because it happens to start with the same letter as the first. ;)

I like Evan, Ian, Aiden, and I can't think of any other ways to spell Eisha/Iesha but it just looks too akward. maybe a different girls name all together. I think it would be okay to name all of your children starting with the same letter but I wouldn't do it if you plan of having very many children as I would think that would be a tongue twister when trying to call for one of them! LOL. Just look at the Duggar family from TLC network. I think they are up to 17 kids now and all of their names start with J's!

I like Ivan and Evan. They are not different spellings - they are completely different names.
Ian.
Aiden. Not any of the spellings you proposed.
Eisha and Iesha are both too fluffy.
I wouldn't recommend naming all the kids with the same letter. It ends up sounding quite goofy as they get older.

it depends on how you want them pronounced...
if you want "EYE-van" Ivan, if you want "EH-van", Evan (i like Evan and Ivan).
if you want "EE-den", Eaden, if you want "AY-den", Aeden or Aaden (I prefer Eden or Aiden, to avoid confusion).
i suppose the others could be pronounced the same spelled either way, but i prefer ian and Aisha.
I think it's okay to have children's first initials the same. My bf has a son named Brandon and if we ever have a child he/she will be Bruce or Beatrix. I think that's cute.

I would go with the easier spellings! But like someone else pointed out, some of those are pronounced differently.
I too had a last name that no one could pronounce and spent my entire life correcting people. It's no fun. Also, everyone spells my first name wrong (even on my wedding announcements! what a nightmare). Make it easy on your child and give them a normal spelled name.

For boys, right?
Ivan
Ian or Eeyan
Aeden
For girls:
Aicha or Aisha... Eisha/Iesha looks (ghetto) black.

Eisha
No, I am using a different letter for all of my kids names. None of my kids will share an initial except for our last name.
