No ever since I got bit by one I have no desire to be pooped on or bitten. They are very fascinating creatures though ---my friend has a beautiful parrot that sizes me up every time I walk in. Like it's thinking "Oh, she looks like she would be fun to bite!"
$1,000.00 is not too much money for that bird though. They go for more than that around here

Yes, I would pay $1000 for a bird, especially an african grey. The initial cost will be alot but it will be worth it in the long run. Birds are amazing animals, and can teach us alot
