Well official rules say treat it as a skip. But I prefer to treat it like a number card and it have no affect on the game. When you have 2 reverses and a skip and play them back to back (treating them as skips) is just doesn't feel very sportsmanship like. I feel like I'm cheating and I don't like to win that way. Unless you are playing in some UNO tournament it is really up to you how you want to play it. Heck they even give you blank cards now that you can create your own cards. So I don't think you have to stick to the official rules that close.
