I got scammed by this guy from canada for $800 I have his address and email. Am also sure it's his real address because he wanted me to send the goods to that address at least some how it's relate to him because it's a residential address. Can I somehow call the police on this guy?

Canada is modern enough that they have Police with working telephones. What could possibly stop you? Call them and see if they will take a report. You can do the same at home.

Its worth a Try. Awhile ago some guy " sold" an item on ebay and did not deliver. The people tracked him down to Vegas and got a Judge to get him into court. They got their Money back. Something like $1500.00.

Do a web search for "Internet Fraud". The federal government has some resources for assisting people with internet fraud. Credit card companies will help sometimes if credit cards were used for the purchase. Good luck.
