Take the question a little further: WHO is going to bring indictment? Who is going to prove, beyond a shadow of a doubt that it happened? Who will the witnesses be? Who will act as the prosecutor? Who will be seated as jurors? Who would the judge be? What exact laws were broken? What dates, for each specific incident?
Two very powerful men, with Congress and the Senate voting their way every time coming to trial because some little man on here thinks they should?
What a joke.

All level headed Democrats know that Bush has done nothing wrong. He has acted in the best interest of the peole of America. They know that if they try him for anything or make a real attempt at impeachment they will be opening Pandora's Box. They know Republicans have good memories and the next time there is a Democrat in the White House we will strike down upon them with serious vengence and furious anger because any Democrat that holds that office will be corrupt beyond belief.

So the answer is 0.

just watch and see, no matter what your opinion is on the subject, its not going to happen. Anyone who voted for the war, PATRIOT Act, and anything else people dislike that Bush does was all done with the approval of dems also.

Nil. If someone were foolish enough to bring an indictment, any court would quash it. There are simply no grounds for such a thing.
