Like everyone else said, the final size will depend on your genes. During puberty, your penis will grow in the following stages:
1)Your testicles will drop
2)Pubic hair grows in around base of penis. Penis slightly gets longer,
3) Increased amount of pubic hair, and drammatic growth of penis. At the most part, regardless how long it will be at its finals stage, it will mostly become longer.
An average erect penis is 4-6 inches long.

Genetics will determine that. Size can come from either your mom's or dad's side. Do you have an Uncle Big John or an Uncle Little Willy?

I was just watching Discovery Health Channel and they said that the smaller your penis looks when limp, those are the bigger ones!!
