Over my childhood several and no I did not marry one of them, I sometimes see them and we meet as friends when I do one in particular I can talk to for hours. She is now very ill and I do not know if I will see her again, that makes me sad. I could have loved her as an adult had things ben a little different, on the other hand we could have ended up hating one another so things often work out better even if we do not get out own way

Yes I do. My boyfriend who I live with is my childhood sweetheart. We met when we were 16/17 and wrote to each other for a while until it fizzled out (distance matters at that age). Then he moved to the town near me when I was 19, we fell out and didnt speak to each other for about 6 years when I finally bit the bullet and emailed him on facebook (ask Stephanie and Miss Johnson, they bullied me into it lol).

Depends how you define 'childhood' Joan - does 15 count?!! I met him when I was just turned 15, engaged at 17, married him at 19 and divorced him at 34!!!

In many ways yes I think we're made for each other,
But I guess at the same time we're not tied to each other.
Thank you :)
