I am playing a game called Mass Effect and in the game reffering to a blue star the description says it "burns at half again the temperature of Sol". Since our star (Sol) is yellow i'm assuming that it means one and a half times as hot as Sol, but this is just a guess.

anyone know the answer to this?

Half again: 50% larger. Half(50%) again(plus).
Example: 15 is half again larger than 10. 10+5(half) = 15.

I can confirm that. Half again means 1 and a half.
