since you are asking... Take the bike to a mechanic. the carbs have to be synchronized. your local motorcycle mechanic should have the tool to do this properly. if he doesnt .... find one who does. one poorly adjusted carb can lead to burned valves or worse. if a cylinder lets go in a car at 65 mph you get a lot of smoke and can just pull over... not so much fun when the motor is between your legs

Carb synchronizing is best left to a shop or someone with the right tools.usually its a couple of hours labor to have them removed ,cleaned and adjusted. some shops will insist on putting rebuild kits in, mostly new gaskets. if there is a bad diaphram in any of them that can up the price some. check the simple stuff such as dirty air cleaner, intake leaks and leaks between the air cleaner and carbs first though, you may only have a minor problem,there are instruction in your owners manual,and on the keihin websight, so you understand what your paying for.
