Heck no! A "failed state" describes someplace like Afghanistan or Uganda. Canada is a premiere state - in the top tier.

Thats the dumbest question Ive ever heard!!! You obviously don't know your history. The US actually rebelled against G.B. and now is not a part of the commonwealth. I may be blind but I would say the US is falling apart right now, Canada is doing well. Compare the two economys right now, more specifically check out the credit crisis and debt rates. Good Luck U.S. your going to need it!
