It seems that with everything I love, and enjoy I always get a feeling of needing to prove over, and over again on why I love what I love, etc. Even when it comes to women that I see as being pretty, I can't help but feel like I need to prove that I really feel, and see just that. No matter how much I tell myself, and try everything I can think of to prove myself all of this, I keep getting this feeling. What makes things even worse, is the fact that everything/one I love is what gives me complete confidence with everything I do, but with this feeling, always wondering why, questioning, needing to prove over, and over again, I simply feel like crap 24/7.

What did you think tom was full of crap? Thats basically it, I'm seeing an individual who is having a crisis of purpose based on like tom said, spliting yourself up to much, find an all encompassing truth are find yourself feeling like your being eaten up at all ends. Its the nature of it. Your trying to hard to be all things to all people but don't have a strong grasp of what that is. Better watch it, this is why we have disorders, hence the frist answer, but see advice when its their, tom had it......

Hi Dude,
I had to read your question a few times but I think I'm grasping what you're trying to say. Looks to me like you're looking for One Absolute Truth in all that you are. Your view is a bit scattered, try to see it as a whole. This means that instead of trying to prove all things in a separate way, gain an encompassing view that is based on truth, respect, integrity and unconditional love. This should smooth things out for you and you'll be able to relax a bit. Breathe, breathe.
Hope I'm making any sense to you. :-)
Take care.
