It is my opinion that there are already too many people on the planet.

Maybe the earth can support them all but NOT at American or European standards.

It is often said that the USA is about 5% of the worlds populaation but uses anywhere from 25% to 50% of the worlds resources depending on who you ask and how it is calculated and what is being calculated.

I am an American on the low end of the income scale and would like the rest of the world to live at least as good as I do.
This is not possible with the vast numbers of humans on the planet now.

The question put to you is how to reduce the human population OR the ecological affect of all these people living at least as good as an American making a little less than 12K american a year. ( I don't own a car or house {but I do have to live somewhere and get around somehow} but I do eat meat.

Those ofyou that say I should lead the way and kill myself be careful what you ask for , for I just might do so and take a few of you with me.

Remove highway speed limits. Random days with "faulty" traffic lights.

You should probably watch how you word your questions. That last paragraph might get you a couple of new friends from the FBI or CIA.

But it shouldn't be too hard to accomplish. Heck, with Dick Cheney in charge (does anyone really believe that lovable goofball we call our president could keep this dictatorship going?) it looks very much like we are a couple of years out from destroying humanity anyway.

So leave Cheney in charge and just hope that the Christians are right about Jesus (cause no one else can save humans after Cheney is done).

Right now, the American government is in the war on terror just to kill off Americans on the low end of the income scale, just like you and me. The rich and the elite truly do not want the rest of the world to get any better. If they did, that would cause competition. That's also why they fund death squads in Africa to kill thousands of people. Why else would we not stop the death squads? They are doing our dirty work, reducing populations.

Pay people NOT to have Children. Let's face it; Money TALKS in this World- and raising Children is an EXPENSIVE proposition- on MANY Levels... If Couples could be offerd -say, $5,000 a Year NOT to procreate (it could be a Tax Deduction), maybe the Birth Rate in many Countries- would go down.....

The "vast numbers" of American and Europeans are so much better off than they were before the "standards" we adopted to achieve our life style--capitalism.
Get the poor nations on board with capitalism instead of collectivism or outright brutal dictatorship, and they will support themselves--and other poorer nations--the way we Westerners do. Crops can grow in the desert--with water, with tilling, with fertalizer, with whatever it takes. It just takes the money to implement the ideas that make it work.
Do you think we Westerners always comsumed so much of the world's resources?
It used to be said that "America fed the world." We didn't do it by wasting those resources, but by increasing their value as usable objects.

Birth control and Sex education for everyone.
As for your last remark not called for and not funny.
What others do isn't as much your concern as what will you do. How many children can you support. People should be taught" if you won't raise them then don't make them".
Or at least allow adoption, there are childless couples that can and could offer a decent life for a child.

The resources of which you speak are just the limited nonrenewable resources that we could easily do without. There are limitless supplies of wind, water, and geothermal sources that would more than adequately supply civilization with power for an eternity. This is just another example of the 'Oh my god' crowd trying to make people panic.

[add] Dude, you aren't even capable of controlling your own mental state. What makes you think I have any reason to fear your threats?

Chemical warfare, my friend. Maybe i could name it Agent Green, kekeke. That seems to be the most effective and harmful to other animals. There would be a risk of extinction but it is more of a risk to do nothing.
