Yes, he is a liar...
I have met some people like him, they lie. You tell them, I like this band, and they make up a tale about they went to a concert and he met the band... or you tell them, I am a (put any job here) and they tell me they are also too, and can make up a story about it, very believable... people with issues...

seriously hermana, his wife has the problem...you can never convince me that you've been with someone for this long and you don't know that they have slept with the entire town...
people will only do in relationships, what they are allowed to do...your partner will only do to you, what you have either allowed to happen, what you have chosen to ignore, or what you warned against but when it happened you decided to forgive...
in 25 years can you imagine what he has not walked through his front doors with? you can't tell me that she didn't smell 'woman' on his @$$
