Are you sleeping on it during the night and not realizing it? Is it red, hot to the touch or itchy? If it is you need to go to a piercer - NOT A DOCTOR and have him look at it. I pierced my cartilage 7 years ago and it got infected because I was allergic to the back of the earring. I went to my doctor and he told me to take it out, which trapped the infection inside of my upper ear. My cartilage was eaten by the infection and I have to have $15,000 cosmetic surgery to fix it. I talked to my piercer afterwards (a body piercer not one from the mall which is where I got my cartilage pierced) and he told me that I should have come to him. He would have put a loop in my ear and the infection would have drained out on it's own along with taking antibiotics. Please don't let this happen to you. Speak to a piercer about any ear problems you are having with your piercing before consulting a doctor.

Not sure what this has to do with pregnancy, but as long as it's not extremely sore or red or oozing, and as long as you're taking care of it, you should be fine.
