Well obviously those are great grades, but there are many other factors that colleges look at.
Are you attending a top-notch high school with a quality education? Have you selected a challenging curriculum for yourself? How involved are you in other activities?
Those are some of the many important questions.

Honestly, there are thousands of "good colleges" out there that would accept you. What you really need to focus on is what college will "fit you best." You could have a 4.0 gpa and get into Harvard and bomb if you're not feeling that school. You should look into schools that have what you want as far as a major/area of study, have the location/atmosphere you would work well in, and provide services that help their students find jobs upon graduation.
You could go to Notre Dame, but what would make you go there besides reputation? What else do you know about the school? I would recommend visiting the campus and seeing for yourself what it has to offer.
Don't think that if you don't go to a school that is nationally known that your education will not be valid in the real world. There are tons of schools that people don't talk about that will do you just as much good as going to Notre Dame or an Ivy League school.

Because Notre Dame is kind of considered to be the flagship Catholic University and has a history of strong sports, it is very hard to get into. The College Board and Princeton Review don't say exactly what GPA you need to get in, but they do say that 85% of applicants are in the top 10% of their graduating class and 97% are in the top 25%. That probably means that you will have to replace most of your Bs with As to get in in the future.
Right now your GPA would make you eligible to get into a lot of the less-competitive state universities. It is okay as a high school GPA goes, but you do need to pick up the grades if you want to go to a good school.

Those are solid grades, overall. :) It would be better if you were getting more than two A's in terms of GPA, but overall, it looks fine to me.
As for colleges, I don't know. You will get into a good college though, but it's hard to determine which ones will accept you right now. Not to mention, GPA's are not the only thing colleges look at.

Well just looking at your grades, all I can tell you is that they aren't too low for ND (where I want to go too), but they aren't so great that you'd be a shoe-in. If you also do well on ACT (at least a 31) and have good extracurriculars, you have a good chance. ND is a great school. Good luck!

SAT's and ACT's have a big influence on colleges, you will have to see what you get on those, but a good GPA is never a bad thing
