I've seen adults even not using grammar...i'm not even 13 yet and I feel like i'm smarter than half the people on the internet..

Just..sad and pathetic.

It doesn't take that long to type out a full word.

'Chatspeak' makes you sound stupid and lazy.

Nobody will take you seriously when you use it, as well.

Example: lolol i jus scord 8 ptz at teh bbal gam3 lul im so kewl.

Re-read what you have just written.

My dear, departed dad once told me: "When you point a finger at someone else, there are three pointed back at you!"

I'm not as critical of poor grammar as I used to be. I think it's more important that people are making an effort to communicate with one another, as you are. If a mistake or two are made in the process, so be it.

I think the chatspeak is dumbing our society! It is one thing to spell something wrong because you were typing quickly or were not sure how to spell it but to mean to do it wrong and without punctuation is driving me crazy! I bet in 10 years the kids in first grade now will not be able to write a complete sentence!!! Does anyone reread what they type anymore?

Honey, if you're going to throw stones, you should make sure none can be thrown back at you...

Everybody uses grammar. Your point was they don't use "correct grammar." That was how you should have phrased it.

Also, you should have capitalized "I'm" in both places.

That being said, I agree with your sentiment 100%!
