I have one, but it's not the type you may be thinking of. It's not a tongue pierced ring, It's plastic and it slides over my tongue. On the ring is a heart shaped attachment that vibrates, just at the right time......it starts that final glowing process that my girlfriend likes so much....I need a cold shower....I'll be right back.

Like it or not, everything one does in life tells the world whether or not he/she is intelligent. It is impossible to look at someone with body pirecings and exclaim "Wow! You do such inteligent things! What a great thinker you are!!"
The same applies for tattoos, of course. You're an adult 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. You must act intelligently throughout. No excuses are acceptable!

I think theyr for the lame. They make the mouth look like a trash can with a soda can in it. Dont see any use in them or benefit. They totally turn me off.

No, and I hate talking to someone with one. I can't even hear what they're saying because I can't stop looking at it. And it's really sickening when you can hear it clicking against their teeth. It just about makes me gag. Why would you pay someone to give you a lisp?
